ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump feature
1. Vertical structure, the diameter of inlet and the diameter of outlet are same, and on one center line. Can be installed in the road tube. Compact and beautiful shape, small cover area, low costs, and can be placed out door under the protection of shield.
2. The impeller is installed on the extension shaft of the motor.It is short in axial direction, with compact structure. Reasonable configuration of the pump and motor bearing. The radial or axial load generated by the pump when it is working can be effectively balanced to make it stable and noiseless, and to reduce its vibration.
3. The shaft seal uses mechanical seal or combination mechanical seal. Use imported Titanium alloy ring, medium high-temperature-resistant mechanical seal and hard alloy material and wear-resistant sealing which can effectively prolong the service life of mechanical seal.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, do not need to disassemble pipeline system. All rotor parts can be taken out as long as you unload the pump conjoined nut.
5. Choose operation mode of the pumps, series or parallel, according to the requirement on flow and pump lift.
6. Choose vertical or horizontal installation according to the requirements on pipeline layout.

ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump application
1. ISG series vertical pipeline centrifugal pump deliver clear water and liquids with chemical and physical properties similar as water. It can be applied for industrial and city supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, pressurizing water for fire fighting, long distance water delivery, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom water supply and other hot and cold water circulation and pressurization. The temperature T<80℃.
2. IRG(GRG) series vertical hot water circulating pump (high temperature) is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper making, hotel and other situations that needs to pressurize and recycle and deliver high temperature water from boiler. It is also suitable for water circulation in heating system for warmth in the city. IRG type operating temperature<120℃, GRG type operating temperature<240℃.
3. IHG series vertical pipeline chemical pump delivers corrosive liquids as sticky as water but contains no solid particles. It can be applied to petroleum oil industry, chemical industry, metallurgy, power station, paper making plant, food and pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber business, etc. Operating temperature –20℃~120℃.
4. YG series vertical pipeline oil pump, used in delivery of petrol, paraffin, diesel and other petroleum products; the medium temperature –20℃~120℃.
