Product Detail

YE2 series are 3 phase asychronous electric motors with totally enclosed fan cooled,are ac motor, INDUCTION MOTOR and industrial motors. The high efficiency motors are developed by ourselves independently according to standard IEC,GB,etc. The energy-saving electric motors meet with efficiency IE2 of IEC60034-30 and efficiency Grade 3 of GB18613-2012.The IE2  are also in compliance with the efficiency standards covered by NEMA, CSA, CEMEP, COPANT, AS, NZS, JIS, GB. it is the most authoritative efficiency classification standard in the world.

The output rated power and mounting dimensions of the electric motors are perfectly in accordance with IEC60072-1. YE2 motors is reasonable structure, small vibration and low noise.

YE2 series three phase asychronous motors can be widely used in blowers,ventilators,pumps,machine tools, compressor, reducers, packing machines,transportation machinery,mining equipment,construction equipment and other machines,which can operate with full load for a long time,the motors can save the considerable electric energy,it is advantageous to protect the environment.

8. Enclosed protect class: IP55

9. Insulation class: F (temperature rise is examined at 80K)

10. Cooling method: IC411

11. Mounting method: B3, B5, B35, V1

12. Ambient conditions: Altitude is lower than 1000m; Ambient temperature is -15~40Cº

13. Connection: Star-connection for 3KW or less whereas delta-connection for 4KW or more.

Note: the inquiry or order need to indicate the electric motor model(including frame center’s height,frame length, core length, No. of poles, power, voltage, frequency) ,Mounting method, terminal box location(top/side).

If customers have special request for voltage, frequency and other, can be mentioned in the inquiry or order.

1. Customer can choose PTC or Pt100 thermistor for heat protection of winding and bearing.

2. Customer can choose moistureproof heater (space heater) .
